Service Commitment & After-Sales Support Policy

1. Product Quality Commitment

We strictly ensure that all products are manufactured and tested in accordance with national and international standards.

Each machine undergoes professional inspection and quality testing before delivery to guarantee all performance indicators meet customer requirements.

During the warranty period, if any quality issues occur due to manufacturing defects, we will take full responsibility and provide complete solutions at no cost.


2. Delivery Time Commitment

We guarantee that all products will be delivered to the designated location within the agreed timeframe as required by the customer.

For urgent or special delivery requirements, we will coordinate with customers in advance to ensure on-time completion and delivery.


3. Transportation Damage Handling

If any defects or damages (including appearance damage) are found upon unpacking, the supplier will provide immediate solutions acceptable to the customer, including:

  • Prompt repair
  • Replacement of damaged parts
  • Full replacement with brand-new equipment if necessary

We ensure fast response and customer satisfaction in all cases.


4. Warranty & Maintenance Service

During the warranty period, if the same equipment experiences the same quality issue three times and still cannot operate normally after on-site repairs, we will:

  • Replace the unit with a new machine of the same brand and model
  • Provide full “Three Guarantees” service (repair, replacement, refund policy depending on agreement)

After the warranty period, we continue to provide lifelong technical support, and only charge for spare parts cost. No labor or service fees will be charged.


5. Comprehensive Sales & Service System

Pre-Sales Service

We provide a dedicated sales and technical team to explain:

  • Machine operation methods
  • Usage precautions
  • Production capacity standards

In-Sales Support

To prevent misuse and ensure safe operation, our technical engineers will provide on-site or remote guidance during installation and production to ensure correct usage.

After-Sales Service

We offer fast-response support within 2 hours for service requests.

To ensure efficient communication, we provide:

  • Dedicated after-sales service WeChat/WhatsApp groups
  • Real-time issue tracking and recording
  • Professional technical solutions

For on-site support, engineers will be dispatched within 24 hours when necessary.

All after-sales services are provided free of charge during the warranty period.


6. After-Sales Training & Maintenance Plan

After equipment installation and acceptance, professional engineers will provide on-site training without user limitation, including:

  • Proper machine operation and usage
  • Basic troubleshooting and recovery methods
  • Common fault diagnosis and solutions

We also organize two training sessions per year for continuous customer support.

In addition, we regularly send technical teams to inspect equipment performance and ensure stable operation. A combined “technical review system” and “service accountability system” is applied to continuously improve product reliability and solve potential issues efficiently.
